Job Description:

Qualified candidates will work on SAP Treasury, Risk and Cash Management implementation projects at client sites across North America and internationally. e5 Solutions will provide training and support, and candidates will receive broad-based industry and IT experience. This is a nationwide business consulting position. All candidates must be willing to travel 100% and live near a major airport.

Job Responsibilities:

Career Development

• Implement SAP Treasury and Cash Management functionality in a project environment
• Conduct client interviews
• Review and document existing business processes
• Assist with process re-engineering and system solution activities
• Configure SAP Treasury systems based on scope and business process requirements
• Deliver SAP Treasury training and support

Resource Planning

• Maintain status, availability, and schedule of consultant resources within centralized resource management tool/application.
• Manage/coordinate unallocated time to internal tasks (ie: bench time).
• Preparation of utilization based reporting.
• Forecasting consulting requirements and planning with management team
• Work and coordinate with all Managers, Directors and Principles
• Receive, process, and respond to requests for resources based on team, role, skill set, availability, etc.

Customer Engagement Management.

• Assist sales engagements for project staffing including proposals.
• Assist client budgetary process and project planning.
• Periodic customer interaction to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction.

Human Resources

• Manage consultant resource on-boarding/off-boarding activities.
• Manage consultant resource compliance with HR policies and initiatives.
• Manage/coordinate interviews/screenings of future resources including job postings and listings

Essential Skills:

Business Knowledge:

• Experience with treasury or accounting business processes
• Ability to work in cross-functional team environments where strong interpersonal communication skills are essential

IT Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the SAP environment – configuration and ASAP preferred
• Expertise in SAP modules desired

Requirements:

• Proven business experience 2 to 5 years.
• Travel Requirements up to 100% weekdays and home on week-ends.
• Bachelors required in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Masters degree preferred
• CTP certification preferred.
• SAP implementation experience is strongly desired.
• Fluent in English Language
